Villa Sofia Apartments is in the center of Karlovy Vary, with free WiFi, a garden, and a terrace overlooking the town. A bus stop is right outside, and the train station is 1.5 m away. There’s free private parking on site. Each apartment has a TV, kitchen with a refrigerator, and bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet. Some have a washing machine. Breakfast is served at a restaurant 150 m away, and a supermarket is also 150 m away. Guests get a discount on wellness procedures at Alžbětiny Lázně Spa. Nearby activities include cycling and hiking. Karlovy Vary Airport is 5 mi away, and Loket Castle is 9.3 mi away.

We loved the apartment. It was huge, with two rooms and two balconies, plus a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and even a coffee machine in the kitchen. The stove was a bit worn out. There’s a shower and a bathtub, and dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Parking is available. Billa, the Becher Museum, and the Palace Colonnade are all a 10-minute walk away. The staff speak Russian and some English.

Natalia, the hostess, is very friendly. Shops are within walking distance, and the windows face either the courtyard or the main street and the Termal Hotel. The rooms are VERY spacious, with one or two balconies. The luxurious four-person suite has two bedrooms with double beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and mirror. There’s a living room with a soft sofa, TV, and dining table, plus a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker is available in some rooms. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
