The place felt modern and beautiful, with great rooms and comfortable furniture, from the sofa and bed to the table. The kitchen was well equipped too. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was good and cost 160czk. Check-in could be improved since there’s no front desk. Recommended.

The restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly, and the food was delicious. Our room was lovely, modern, and well equipped, but the cleaning had been missed in a couple of ways: we had to take out the previous guest’s rubbish when we arrived and left it by the cleaning staff’s cupboard. A day later it had been moved back outside our door. The kettle also still had water left in it from the previous guest.

The airy apartments have lots of space, and it’s excellent that the ski bus stops right at the entrance. My only complaint is that each apartment gets just one key. If the family wants to split up, everyone ends up depending on each other because of it.

The staff were arrogant and unfriendly. They also didn’t tell us until we were paying that they don’t accept cards, and there was no notice about it anywhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
