Christina, the receptionist on duty, was really helpful when my son and I got caught by an unexpected flight delay. AeroRooms gave us a convenient place to rest and freshen up while we waited to leave. One thing to know: bookings through the AeroRooms website are only for rooms on the airport’s land side. If you’ve already passed border control, you need to go to the reception at their terminal 1 suites.

It’s simple, clean, quiet and comfortable, right inside the terminal, which worked perfectly for my 6am flight. If you’re after posh rooms and services, you can pay 2.5x more for one of the brand name hotels near the airport.

The rooms are fine for a night, but I won’t recommend staying here. The toilet seat is too high and the bathroom mirror too low. The receptionist was rude and rushed me to fill in the form when I started checking my phone for the flight number. I wasn’t given a room key because another guest hadn’t returned theirs, so I had to rely on someone at reception to let me in. Luckily, I didn’t need to go out that night. When I came to check out around 4:20am, reception was empty and I waited 10 minutes before leaving for my flight.

I came across this by chance, and it’s a great option if you have an early flight. The room was comfortable and clean, with a private bathroom, right between the terminals. It was also completely cut off from the airport noise and crowds. Good value for sure.
