The people here made the stay feel easy and welcoming, from the cleaning ladies who went above and beyond to the lovely Ukrainian lady at breakfast, reception, and head of corporate Mr. Martin Novak. Special shotout to Viktoria Mahurska, Hanna Yalova, Grace, Anna, Julia and Karel. Mr. Martin Novak remembered my wife's request and secured the original room price a week ahead of the event. We were comfortable in the rooms, and having our own parking was handy. It's a wonderful choice if you're attending an event at the o2 arena. Breakfast was very good for a night or two, especially the homemade bread and hummus, but over 4-5 nights we would have liked more variety. We can't recommend the place enough.

If you're going to an event in 02, the location is perfect. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and all the staff were kind and helpful, especially Anna.

We had a comfortable stay in a room without AC. There are plenty of plug points, and the large bathroom has a tub. Staff were prompt, and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The hotel is near the tram station (Divaldo Gong), and its luggage storage was a big help on our Prague trip. We'll be back! Highly recommended.

Miss Victoria at reception made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and was so friendly and helpful. We were comfortable and well looked after as a family. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere warm, and the service excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. Regards, Family Jalil

Hotel Carol was a very pleasant place to stay, and the price for what you get is impressive. It's centrally located but surprisingly quiet, with a shopping center and public transport stops about a five minute walk away. The rooms were spotless and looked after well. Breakfast was tasty, with a good range of options, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping were especially courteous and gave excellent service. We'd happily stay again when we're in Prague.
