Residence Adam

The welcome was super friendly, and our room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen. It was a quiet spot, but the train got us to the Old Town quickly. No question, we'll stay here again on our next trip to Prague.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were convenient. It had everything from a microwave and oven to a dishwasher, and I found the backyard relaxing. I worried after booking because it seemed a little far from the city center, but getting around by tram was easy, so it didn't feel far at all. One thing I hoped was that the staff would let me pay for a towel so I could use one; as this is a residence rather than a hotel, they weren't keen to provide towels every day. They should've just charged us for them.

It's a nice place, but the communication was poor. The phone number on both the listing page and website is incorrect, and I never got a response to my email asking about long-term accommodation, even after more than two weeks. That's why I can only give it 2 stars, unfortunately.

The apartments were clean and spacious, and the owner and employee were very friendly. It's also well connected to the center, about 10 minutes by tram.
