The baby cot was clean and free, and the room itself was spotless. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job, but they hadn't been told that we had cats in the room. If housekeeping comes in without knowing, the pets could get out into the hallway. Our family room also faced Rennbahn Straße, where the busy traffic was noisy, and the windows didn't do much to block it. The pet fee was €5 per pet per day. Maybe one flat fee would make more sense, since two or more especially clean pets don't create extra mess.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the hotel feels outdated and short on service. Charging separately for Wi-Fi across the entire property, with an extra fee for every device, is completely absurd and adds up quickly.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were friendly. When we were still hungry at 10 p.m., they even made us something despite the kitchen being closed. I was there last October, and the rooms were clean too.

Shortly after 6 on Saturday morning, I woke up to roll containers being moved outside in the yard and loaded onto a truck, presumably the laundry.

The place really wasn't that great.
