I’m flying in from the other side of the world for the next Ironman, but this hotel experience has been unsatisfactory. I asked for help extending my stay for the event and was told no. Then I asked to cancel and was told the booking wasn’t refundable, though I hadn’t read anything saying that. I called as well, but the person on the phone wasn’t willing to help and was inflexible. For such a high price, the service is terrible. The hotel should take a different approach with customers, especially for events like this. I wouldn’t recommend it to friends going there.

Big, nice room and good service. They accept dogs. I’d recommend it 🙏🍀

The lake view is a dream, and the restaurant has a lovely setting. We came across it while exploring the provinces by houseboat on a beautiful summer day. The friendly service and charming atmosphere make up for a lot, and the staff are hard to beat for warmth. The food quality lagged behind the prices, though. My 25 euro veal schnitzel was more like dried meat, quite the culinary adventure, and the price felt like a nightmare. That’s why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

It was just what we wanted for our vacation: a quiet, cozy place with a beautiful location. The room was nice and big, clean, and comfortable. We loved the hotel and its service. We’ll come back.
