We had a great stay, with friendly, welcoming staff from check-in through checkout. The hotel is very close to public transport, so getting around was easy, and there’s a convenience store right next door for snacks and essentials. My room was clean, cozy, and modern, with a lovely view over the Berlin skyline and a clear look at the TV Tower (Fernsehturm). The bed was comfortable, and the desk was useful. The bathroom was compact but very clean and modern, with a good walk-in shower and amenities including the "Rock Your Body" soap. I’d definitely stay here again as a convenient, comfortable base in Berlin.

A great base for a city break. We mostly walked to places, though public transport is nearby too. The staff were friendly, the bar prices were good, and breakfast was excellent. I’d happily stay again.

Good value and very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, and there was barely any noise from other rooms. I would’ve liked a kettle, but at such a low price I can’t complain. I’d definitely recommend it again!

The hotel is clean and well located, but a string of things going wrong spoiled our five-day stay. A smashed wall socket was repaired, then the bedside light stopped working. The curtain had come partly off its rail and needed fixing too. The door lock broke, so we had to move rooms partway through the stay. Staff promised to lock the original room manually that day, but left it open all day. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. The TV was out for two days, and the room we moved into had a smashed coat hook and stains on the carpet.

I was here for four nights on a work trip this week. The location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. The room was clean and modern, the staff were pleasant, and the price was unbeatable.
