The location was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The beds were really comfortable. As you'd expect from this chain, the room was on the small side and felt a bit cramped, but it was manageable. A solid choice for the area.

Everything was set up for a pleasant stay: very clean rooms, excellent reception, and everything guests might need. The hotel is near Alexanderplatz station and in a great location. I really enjoyed staying at Motel 1 Mitte.

The service was great. I got a room upgrade without asking for one. The guy just told me, “Your room is too small, want a bigger one?”

We had a pleasant stay in this clean, affordable hotel. The rooms are practical and well maintained, though you get what you pay for and shouldn't expect luxury. The main issue for us in April was how warm the room got. The hotel said it couldn't turn on the AC because it's shared across all rooms. Coming from Dubai, I can tell you it was really warm, so we had to open the windows. The location is fantastic, right by both the metro and bus stations. I'd consider staying again if I wanted a simple, clean, inexpensive place to sleep.

What really stood out was the help we got after leaving: the staff retrieved a pair of eyeglasses we'd forgotten and shipped them to us. During the stay, they were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, and the room was spotless, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Motel One is also well placed for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a better visit.
