The room is a decent place to come back to if you’ve been out all day and only need somewhere to sleep. It isn’t very big, and there’s no kitchen, so you have to order food online. The delivery service is really quick. The apartment isn’t very expensive, and the location is okay, near the train station. Just be aware that you can only pay cash for things, and the shops in the area don’t accept cards.

We found a tiny room, maybe two metres across, with no curtains to keep the light out. The bathroom was old and the urinal didn’t work. The large TV advertised was perhaps 24 inches. Also, there was no warning that it was a four-storey walk-up. This is among the ten worst places we’ve stayed, and I’ve visited almost 80 countries. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.

During Euro 2024, the price was extremely reasonable. The rooms were perfect, and the S-Bahn got us to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more.
