I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business, but this stay was ridiculous. The apartment looked much older than the photos suggested, which misrepresented it, and almost all the appliances were unusable. We went more than two weeks without hot water or heating. No one apologized. Whenever we called to ask whether the issues were being fixed, the response was rude and unprofessional. We wanted to end the stay early because it was so unpleasant. They offered no compensation for the lack of hot water and heating until I asked several times. I still had to pay a large fee to cancel early, but it was worth it because Berlin has many better and cheaper options.

We spent the summer here, two friends sharing the place, and were really happy with it. The neighborhood is youthful and lovely, and Museum Island is about a 30-minute walk away. Ivonne made things easy and helped whenever we had a question or problem. We have no complaints and feel grateful 😁

We stayed for a month in January in a 55 sqmt living studio. The area was quiet, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and design shops within walking distance. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and had what we needed for living there. The staff were friendly, and although there wasn't a reception desk, they were easy to reach. Cleaning happened on time, with a reminder from the staff the day before. The Wi-Fi was occasionally unstable, but they fixed it quickly. A good place to stay in Berlin.

We stayed almost three months, and nearly everything was great. The apartment was well equipped and conveniently located for S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, a supermarket open until 11pm, and an Apotheke. I was initially worried about mail, but all our letters and delivery packages arrived successfully. The Suite & Apart team was helpful and quick to respond to questions. When we reported faulty items, including the iron, chopping board, and kettle, they replaced them almost immediately. Really fast service. The missing star is for the TV and radio. A smart TV and Bluetooth-compatible radio would have made the stay even better. I'd definitely recommend the place :)

The place is right in the heart of Berlin, and I loved the interior design. My host also helped make the trip great by sharing tips on where to find Berlin's best hidden spots. I had a wonderful stay at the resident. Thanks!
