The staff were amazing, and the room had a comfortable, relaxing amount of space. The view was stunning, and the location is close to Cologne Cathedral and everything else. Awesome.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was edible, though the “waiter” could at least have changed his stained, greasy T-shirt. The room cost €150 during a trade fair, when somewhat higher prices are understandable, but this place was beyond outrageous. There was no table, wardrobe, hangers or any other way to hang clothes, and no electrical outlets. The bathroom had practically no light, and some fixtures were half ripped out of the wall. Cheap textured wallpaper, a carpet covered in brown stains, and furniture that wouldn’t even be worth keeping at a house clearance sale. This dump defies description. Absolutely avoid it!!!

I really like having a single room here. A few members of staff can be unfriendly, though.

The performance range is probably about like this, and everything that can.

Horrible, just awful. It should really get zero stars!
