I paid €550 for three nights, which is on the high side, though still acceptable for the comfort and location. The room was clean and comfortable, and booking was easy. The location made getting around Cologne simple, and I liked relaxing in the cozy bar in the evening. Some prices felt steep: a small bottle of water cost €4, and breakfast for two was €38. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it if you’re okay paying a bit extra.

The staff made us feel welcome, and I liked that the pillows were comfortable without needing to try the extra ones. The beds were comfortable too, which fits a hotel that promises a good night's sleep. Service was standard and dependable, with no bad surprises. It’s fairly central, though about a 20-minute walk from the old city. Public transport is nearby.

For simple accommodation at a good price, this is a solid option. The location works well for exploring Cologne, and the clean, functional rooms were comfortable enough for a short visit, though they aren’t luxurious. Staff were generally friendly, and check-in and checkout were quick.

We spent a weekend here and booked two rooms for two days. Both were bright, clean, and airy, with lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable, the amenities felt modern, and the hotel had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

The first night, our air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was quite hot. We told the front desk, and the staff came with us to check it out before moving us to a bigger room. They also gave us breakfast the next day and waived the parking charge. We were very happy with how considerate they were, and would choose Premier Inn again for future stays. Special thanks to "Em" (name hidden for privacy) at the front desk for the outstanding service.
