We reported the problems yesterday morning and again by phone today, but nothing was done while we were staying there. The apartment had a broken door handle, only one toilet paper roll for two people over three days, and a mouse in the kitchen area. We leave tomorrow, so the issues have gone unresolved throughout our stay. The hygiene and accommodation conditions were unacceptable, and we’re requesting compensation or a partial refund. We also ask Booking.com to review the property because the apartment did not meet acceptable standards.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re not expecting the comfort of a 4*hotel. The rooms are small, and the breakfast area sits in the middle of the corridor, but the hotel is clean and the personnel are friendly. Overall, I’d definitely come back.

The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is good, but getting to a room on the third floor with heavy luggage is a real problem. There are no elevators or lift, and there aren’t many places to eat nearby either.

With temperatures at 38 degrees during a heatwave, my ground-floor room had neither AC nor a fan. I didn’t want to sleep with the window open, so I had a horrible night in that tiny room. Every few hours I opened the room door to try to get some air in so I wouldn’t suffocate.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, but there’s no lift and no help carrying luggage up to the third floor.
