Ms. Huri was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good, although it could be a little better. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting from Turkey.

Ms. Olena at reception was always helpful and cheerful, with a lovely smile. She was kind, efficient, and professional. The hotel itself is nice, though a bit small, and makes a pleasant place for a short stay. Breakfast was quite limited and poor, so it’s better not to rely on it. The coffee and tea selection was very good.

Lili and Meli at reception were especially kind, attentive, and helpful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. The staff overall were extremely friendly and good at finding solutions. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast had a rich, varied selection.

Ms. Ramirez was especially hospitable and helpful. The garage usually costs 19 euro per night, but she let us park for free for the two days we stayed. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dusseldorf.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was easy to reach by tram or train. It was quiet, and breakfast was fine, with quite a bit of variety by German standards, more than just Brötchen. The bed was too hard, though, and the pillows were almost flat with no support for our heads. We had trouble falling asleep.
