The staff were a big part of what made the stay welcoming. They were friendly, attentive and ready to help with questions or requests. The hotel was exceptionally clean and cozy (cozy), and the rooms were comfortable, well kept and thoughtfully laid out. Everything I needed was close by, which made it easy to explore the area. Prices felt very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and service. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely choose it again and can highly recommend it for comfort and good value.

There was plenty of room for the two or three of us, and the apartment was a lovely, cozy little house. Step outside and you’re right in the city center and at the Christmas market. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. See you next year! Greetings from the Netherlands. Amber Kroes

These apartments are right in Düsseldorf’s historic center, close to old buildings, cozy cafés and the Rhine promenade. The lively nightlife, galleries, boutiques and the world’s longest bar are only a short walk away. They combine modern comfort with traditional charm, and make a charming, central place to stay if you want to feel the city’s spirit.

The beds were comfortable and the heating worked well. Cleaning was good, though not perfect, with lots of limescale in both the bathroom and kitchen. It was a good apartment overall, but expensive, perhaps because there was a fair in town. The location in the old town was convenient and quiet, with many restaurants nearby and the metro and taxi stop close by. We were on the third floor, unfortunately with no elevator. There was one bedroom with two beds, while the other three beds were in the living room with an open kitchen. That wasn’t really a second room, and made cooking and eating at home awkward during a stay of a few days. The only way to reach the bathroom was through the bedroom, which wasn’t comfortable or practical with more than two people.
