At 6 AM, thieves got into our apartment with keys, probably copied ones, and stole our things. We called the police, and the case is still open. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had in Germany. We arrived on the first night, October 7, 2023. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t take that risk during your stay in Germany.

We found the rooms clean, nicely furnished, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The two-bedroom apartment was easy to reach on the second floor, and we collected the key at the nearby Sleep Inn hotel. The service there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We could park in the garage directly opposite, and Düsseldorf’s sights were all easy to get to from this spot. We chose it for our short trip to Düsseldorf.

What a mess. The staff were friendly, but the listing photos show the suite while the description quietly steers you toward a different unit. Advertising a suite and then handing over a “regular apartment” feels really unfair.

We paid almost €900 for a centrally located 2.5-room apartment for three days, and announcements were only made briefly. The apartment was filthy: within a short time, the soles of all our children's socks had turned black. Nights were awful too. Neighbors played oriental music until after midnight, so loudly you could barely hear yourself speak. Then other neighbors came home completely drunk from 5 a.m., and that was the end of the night. It really feels like a rip-off.

Our apartment was clean and had more than enough space. The location was just right for the Old Town and shopping district, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Taking off a star because the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, everything was great 👍
