Boutique Kaiser - Hotel & Apartments

The gym is good for weight training, and the staff are courteous. But the beds are in very bad shape. We had a street view from our room, and the cleaning could be better. Even during a week-long stay, they only do basic cleaning. It would also be useful if they had laundry facilities.

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced, and the overhead rainfall shower itself was fine. There was an awful smell coming from the drain, though. It was gone after the cleaner came on day two, so the drains clearly need clearing regularly. The location is convenient in the daytime, close to the main train station and within a walk of Frankfurt’s main attractions. At night there’s a lot going on in the area, including drugs and people lying on the ground. The hotel also seems to have a few sex workers based there. They didn’t bother me, but it’s worth knowing if you’re prudish or traveling with children. The rooms were the worst part. The two single beds pushed together are common in Europe, so that wasn’t a problem, but they were so soft and worn I nearly rolled off when I moved to the side. The big, soft square pillows had no substance and gave no neck support. I asked reception for a firmer one, but they only had one type. Under the beds wasn’t cleaned often either. There was dust and a cigarette packet there. During the day, the nearby location is great. At night, be ready for the activity in the neighborhood.

The front desk staff really stood out during my pleasant stay at Boutique Kaiser Hotel & Apartments. The receptionist was polite, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. It was clear they take pride in making guests feel welcome. My room had the comforts I expected, including excellent air conditioning, dependable high-speed internet, and an attractive, stylish interior. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious each morning. I’d definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly. My room was spacious with a large bathroom, and it stayed quiet at night.
