We barely slept because the bed was worn out and the fridge, along with other things, was very noisy. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, but the hotel itself felt rundown and ugly, and the location was neither particularly convenient nor pleasant. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, though the rest of the staff were fine.
The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was clean. Getting around was easy, with plenty of tram, bus, and S-Bahn connections nearby. Highly recommended.
Good value for the price, with an area for getting food right next door. Staff were quick and friendly. You may hear the train, but shutting the windows should take care of it. The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable in some parts of the room. Watch out with hot showers, because the metal gets very hot and could burn your skin.
We had a very comfortable stay, with wonderful hosts and a great location. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends.
Sachsenhausen is a nice area, with plenty of good restaurants and shops close by, and the hotel is fairly central in Frankfurt. If you book early, you’ll pay top price per night. There’s a parking lot on site, though it’s outdoors, for 10€/night. The staff are friendly, and I’d recommend the hotel if you visit Frankfurt. I’d expect to be disappointed by the area around the Main train station or Gallus. Südbahnhof is nearby, so you’ll hear trains if you leave the windows open. During this Corona time, staff weren’t on duty throughout all opening hours, so you may need to call. You can collect the keys from the machine on the wall by the entrance if you have a code. It should be provided when you book or pay online, or by Phone.
