The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, with free parking and nice pizza restaurants nearby. It's about a 20-minute drive from Frankfurt city center, and definitely a good choice for the price.

The room was cold when we arrived and took two hours to warm up. It also could have been cleaner, and the shower sink was blocked. There's a lot of noise coming through from other rooms. Wifi and parking both cost extra, and reception isn't open 24 hours as Google maps says. I'd strongly recommend skipping this hotel.

We booked seven rooms, and the invoice was processed very quickly. One guest said the stay was very good, though their door lock was broken and nobody seemed in a hurry to fix it. They could barely open the bathroom door, but there was Russian-speaking staff. Another guest felt four stars was about right because the room didn't have a kettle or a small refrigerator, which was inconvenient.

The room was small, and the place felt eerily empty, so I don't see how my duplicate reservation could have affected availability. I accidentally booked the same room twice and messaged the property within seconds to explain. They took hours to reply in broken English and said they couldn't help. I lost $100. When I spoke with them in person, I politely asked if they could move the duplicate booking to another day, but they refused. They seemed interested only in getting as much money as possible for as little effort as possible. After I kept asking, they said the owner would personally review it the next day, but that was just a way to get me to leave. The owner never reviewed it, and they quietly cancelled my reservation without telling me, probably so I couldn't write a review. I've rarely written a negative review, but dealing with this property was terrible. Like others have said, they won't work with their guests. They scammed me and gave me the runaround when I tried to explain the mistake. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel.
