The owners, Andreas and Marlene, were kind, attentive, and genuinely available throughout our stay. Their thoughtful care made us feel welcome and at home. The room was meticulously arranged, and the cleanliness was impeccable, adding to the comfort and ease of the stay. We were close enough to walk to the heart of Freiburg, yet the hotel was peaceful. Looking out onto a characteristic street also brought plenty of charm and a strong sense of the city's atmosphere. Professionalism and warmth come together here, and the whole stay has stayed with us. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed in a lovely, comfortable room right in the old city centre. The host was very friendly, and check-in felt nice and personal. Great hotel!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel felt well worth the price. Check-in was smooth, and Andreas and his wife, the owners, welcomed me warmly and looked after us exceptionally well. They even suggested sightseeing spots and places to eat so we could enjoy the city. The only small issue was the rusty toilet door lock, which never really secured the door. Still, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely recommend the place.

We had a beautiful room looking out over the street, and the owners were charming and friendly. It's a great little hotel for a few days in this lovely town, with a nearby parking garage and a simple, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The owners, who also run the hotel, went out of their way to keep us comfortable. They're kind and accommodating, and the service was exceptional. The hotel has a warm, whimsical feel, with creative touches and plenty of character. The location is ideal too. We had a great experience and hope to return. Highly recommend!
