Haus Schönblick garni

We found plenty of space and everything needed for a short break at Haus Schönblick, where we stayed at the end of August, two adults and two children. Everything was well maintained, which pleasantly surprised me. The area around Knibis is beautiful, and we came across some wonderful spots. It’s ideal for families who enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and excursions. The housekeeper was very friendly and gave us great outing tips. We’ll be back. Best regards, M. Schulz

We slept really well, thanks to the fresh air and comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with functional furnishings in an authentic Black Forest style. This typical Black Forest house is very family-friendly, and even the playground has a lovely view. At night, the stars are fantastically clear. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by meadows and close to the forest and lots of beautiful hiking trails. The host family is exceptionally friendly and happy to suggest things to see and do nearby. We’ll definitely come back!

Breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were happy to handle special requests. We felt very comfortable in the friendly, welcoming atmosphere and will definitely return. We spent two relaxing weeks at Haus Schlönblick in Kniebis. Our double room was comfortable and clean, with a wraparound balcony and a beautiful view over the Kniebis mountain. The house is in a fantastic spot, with many hiking trails accessible directly from there.

Right in the Black Forest, this place is warm, cozy, and friendly, a wonderful spot I’d highly recommend. It’s peaceful, with access to cross-country ski trails and a starting point for hiking and cycling routes in every direction. Pure Black Forest. Once you’ve stayed here, you’ll come back.
