The owners are lovely, helpful people who create a warm, comfortable atmosphere. We had a great time and would definitely return. It's a beautiful hotel in a quiet location, just a five-minute walk from the town's historic old center. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the rooms had everything we needed.

Mr. Jakob waited for us when we arrived late and took the time to explain everything. The staff were friendly, the location was very good, and the room was clean, with traditional German styling and good quality. Breakfast was ample, and I especially liked the coffee. Definitely worth coming back.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and everything was lovely and clean. You're close to downtown, and if you head the other way, there's a trail and lakes nearby.

I stayed three nights at Hotel Jakob. Although I arrived late in the evening, the instructions for getting into the hotel were very clear. It's in a quiet spot about a 10-minute walk from the train station. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had lots of options and was good. Thanks to the host Magnus, who took good care of me and gave me plenty of advice for my trip.

The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty to choose from: breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, vegetables, and fruit. We also found the welcome especially warm as American visitors, and the price felt like good value. Our room at Hotel-Jakob was modern and spotless, with a lovely view from the balcony. We had a great stay in Fussen and would happily return.
