For what we paid, we expected more comfort and better service. We stayed two nights in Hamburg at a relatively high rate compared with other hotels, but the quality didn’t match the price, and we left disappointed about the value. Even basic items weren’t in the room. Slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste were available only if we asked. We had brought our own personal things, but at this price it seems reasonable to expect basic amenities to be provided without having to request each one.

Breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients, and the hotel has plenty of cozy spots to relax. The rooms are nice, the location is great, parking was convenient, and customer service was top notch. It’s expensive for breakfast, rooms, and parking, but I felt it was worth it. There was no coffee maker in my room, so I had to go downstairs for coffee. I’ll still come back. I skipped dinner at the restaurant because there are so many restaurants nearby, and didn’t try the sauna, though it looked really nice up there with the view.

I was here for work, and coming back from the office each day put a smile on my face. The hotel is very clean, in a beautiful area, and close to the metro. Its distinctive vibe and playful decorations make it entertaining, and the staff were great. The restaurant is fancy too. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant was usually packed, and I was lucky to have such sweet, friendly staff there. I ate lunch and dinner several times while attending a meeting at the hotel. The chef did a very good job with fish, lamb, chicken, and dessert, but the soups were especially worth trying. I tasted the pumpkin and fish or seafood soups, and both were super. The modern design has a striking fishman-warehouse style, and the location beside a shopping mall and the harbour is impressive too.
