The rooms are functional and clean, like other B&B hotels. Mine faced the street, and the vents above the window let in a lot of traffic noise, including the sound from a traffic light's system for visually impaired people. I could also smell cigarette smoke from people outside the hotel. If I stayed again, I'd ask for a room facing the back. I used self check-in, so I can't comment on the staff.

I needed a hotel urgently after I suddenly couldn't walk properly. Booking was quick and easy, and I could get around to the room easily using the lift. It was quiet, tidy, and relaxing. Adding another night was simple when I needed it, and I could have food orders delivered right to my room instead of going downstairs to collect them.

The bus stop right next to the hotel made the location very convenient, and it was great value for what we paid. My family and I had a good, clean room with comfortable beds. You could hear a little street noise, but it didn't bother me. We only stayed one day, though we could easily have stayed a few more.

The staff were kind and friendly, and made a really good impression. Many thanks to the woman at reception for being so nice to me. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well equipped, with easy check-in and checkout. There's a lobby vending machine with coffee, water, and snacks. The location is good too, just a few minutes' walk from S-bahn. Highly recommendable.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We weren't told that breakfast cost extra or that there were no parking spaces, and the staff couldn't communicate with us in English or explain anything. When we tried to ask questions, they answered only in German. The place felt like being in World War Two. For me, anyone working at a hotel should at least be able to understand English.
