We had a smooth check-in and check-out and didn't need to contact reception at all. The kitchen has the basics, plates, glasses, cups, and dish gel, while the bathroom comes with towels, paper products, hand wash, and shower gels. The rooms are warm, clean, and spacious, and the soundproof windows keep outside noise from bothering you. It's a calm, peaceful hotel, though it's away from the main Hamburg city bustle, so it's best for a couple of nights if you have a car. I'd stay here again.

The hotel communicated really well, and the location is convenient. Our room was very clean and did the job for one night while we were at a concert, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. At €105, the price felt steep for what was included. Would we come back? Probably not, unless it got a lot cheaper.

There was a place to park, though we had to wait for it. We also found ants and silverfish. It's fine for one night, but the facilities are really just the bare minimum, and the price is too high for what's provided.

The room itself was fine, but the service was unbelievably bad. Nobody was there despite being notified in advance, and when I complained about the wait, the employee lost his temper and threatened during our conversation not to give me the room. He also couldn't operate the technology. There are two floors and no elevator. Never again.
