We got there at 9pm and nobody was at the hotel. Nobody answered the phone, and there was no email or website with instructions. This doesn't feel like a real hotel. The people at the restaurant next door said the same thing keeps happening. Stay away, and please don't book here.

The location made it easy to explore Hamburg on foot, and the three-person room we shared was huge, clean, and spacious. We stayed for two nights, and they even cleaned the room while we were there. Best stay in Hamburg. The staff were lovely, and when I left my shirt in the room, they mailed it to me in Denmark. Such great service!

Our room was spacious and very warm, and the hotel is right in the city center.

A pleasant, modest place with everything you need. The staff were polite and always greeted us with friendly smiles, and room service came every day. Its location meant I could quickly reach some of the nicest parts of central Hamburg, even at night, and I felt safe. I also enjoyed Vietnamese food at An hoi Delhi and coffee with a lovely view of the area at " Nur Hier" and "Espresso Haus". Thank you.

A good budget choice for visiting Hamburg. The rooms were cleaned daily, the hotel was clean and in a perfect location, and reception staff were friendly. We recommend it.
