A lovely woman at the front desk made us feel welcome when we arrived in Hamburg on a freezing day. She arranged an early check-in quickly and even helped carry our three large bags up to the room. It was a perfect start to the trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the whole team was incredibly kind. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

The rooftop spa and sauna were such a treat after spending a cold day at the Christmas markets. Having a steam room and relaxation area there made the trip feel a little more special. The location worked perfectly for us, with the underground nearby and plenty of places we could walk to. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in through checkout. We absolutely loved staying at the NH Collection Hamburg City and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg, especially for the markets.

The team was attentive, professional, and welcoming. They also shared useful suggestions for local restaurants and things to see, which made our trip better. The NH Collection hotel is well placed for walking to the main sights, and there’s a metro station nearby. I had a very pleasant stay and would choose it again on my next visit to Hamburg. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to a superior suite on our second stay at an nh collection hotel, which was very kind of them. At NH Hamburg City, the rooms are roomy and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice and tasted great, especially the little cakes you should try. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a good morning. Fabulous hotel.
