The bar was badly understaffed, and its tap was broken because the owner apparently saw no point in maintaining it. So staff had to open hundreds of beer bottles during the event, and by the time they reached the tables, the beer was completely flat. You don't get a card or key to enter the main building where the rooms are. The rooms were outdated and absurdly expensive. The owner was the rudest person I've encountered at a hotel reception, insulting guests. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't hold an event here, especially a wedding. This place is a joke.

The management is awful, and the place is very bad. There was no proper response, just a focus on money.

Our wedding was wonderful, and I can hardly find the words to describe it. The event team and management gave us the best support we've ever had. The service was top level, and the event was amazing. Thanks for everything. We're now planning a business trip with our management.

It's a beautiful location, but the service was among the worst hotel experiences I've had. The staff were unfriendly and inflexible. There was no way to get anything ironed, and no drinks were available during the day. Breakfast was incredibly expensive and not worth the price.

The manager came across as rude and dishonest, with an attitude that made her seem above everyone else. Terrible manager.
