Stadthotel Konstanz

The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and even stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The hotel is old but well maintained. Our room had old-fashioned furniture, though it was very clean, and the WiFi was slow. It was well located, but there was no parking available. There was no air conditioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable during the day. Fortunately, a cool breeze came through at night. I could stay here again.

The breakfast room felt cozy, and the food and drinks were good quality. The terrace is quite small, so the description on the hotel's site could give the wrong impression. It's also handy for the bus and train stations and the port, and I thought the price was fair for what you get.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean and nice. The rooms aren't very large, but they're laid out well. Service was good, and the woman at reception was especially kind, helping us with directions and recommendations.

The room is tiny and poor value for money. The window faces directly into the neighboring window, so people can see into my room during the day. There's also very loud construction work going on.
