The pillows were big and lumpy, like they were loosely packed with foam chips, and didn’t help at all. The room also had no ventilation or air conditioning, so in summer it’s a choice between sweltering and getting no sleep. Our second floor room faced the train line and station, about 100 metres away. Trains came and went every 20 minutes, with loud sirens announcing arrivals and departures. Don’t stay here if you’re hoping to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The building is new and well placed for public transport, but if you have a car, make sure to arrange a parking space with the owner. I’m disabled, and although the listing announced facilities for disabled people, there weren’t any. Customer service was poor too. My stay was a disaster. I had to park 2 km away, then make my way to the building in my wheelchair and crawl to the entrance to reach the door. This is an apartment without services, not a hotel. I wonder if Google is hiding this review.

The service was very poor. They advertise a 24/7 reception, but the phone number they gave me couldn’t provide any information about my reservation. I was told someone would be at reception on weekdays from 10 to 15. I went there around 11, and nobody was there to help.

You get everything you need for a more than good price. The Metro station is 200 metres away, and from there it takes 20 minutes to reach downtown Munich.
