The bed was comfortable, and the room was really quiet. The hotel’s also in a great spot, with handy and trendy shops and cool restaurants nearby. The English garden is just a short walk away if you want some greenery and nature. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely use Bob W again.

The virtual AI host helps with getting into and out of the building and handling other guest requests. I can see this setup not suiting travellers who want more personal attention, but it worked for me. The location is decent, with good public transport access, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby since there’s no room service. The hotel is quiet and good value, and I’d recommend it for short or longer stays. It’s a decent business travel option, with quiet, comfortable rooms. The hallways are a little tired, and it’s a self service hotel. It’s also very eco friendly.

I’ve stayed here twice. The location and rooftop terrace are definite pluses, and the rooms are modern, though very basic. Unfortunately, both times they were very dusty. The overall experience was also hurt by poor goodwill, weak communication, and poor customer service, as others have mentioned.

I was disappointed by how the breakfast arrangement worked. For the 18€ I paid, I got a voucher for one of two outside restaurants, and one was a 15-minute walk away. Neither opened before 8:30am, and one not until 9:00am, so there was no way to get an early breakfast. None of this was explained beforehand. When I asked for a refund because I couldn't use the voucher at those times, the hotel refused to do anything. On top of that, a strange bathroom smell spread through the whole room. I definitely won't return.
