We had five adults and two kids, and the rooms worked out excellently for us. The kitchen and dining area were nice, and having two restrooms made the stay comfortable. The place is also very close to the train station.

4/10
The good points were the quiet setting, secure and easy parking, and a location fairly close to the city centre and subway station. The heating was in place and worked very well. We booked our four-night Christmas-period stay at Garden House through Airbnb, but our sons got ill and the owner kindly kept the reservation for us until Easter. The owner was attentive and kind, but the rooms were quite different from the Airbnb presentation. The apartment was below ground level, and although described as a room for four, it relied on an extra camp bed that wasn't very convenient and took up a lot of space. Cleaning was only superficial, which wasn't acceptable. Services were very limited, with no glasses or dishes, for example.

There's a kitchen, three bathrooms, and a big garden for evenings. It's a nice apartment for a big family or for four couples sharing, and I recommend it. It's also close to Messe.

The basement apartment had spiders, and the bed sheets were dirty. The rooms are big, though, and the place can accommodate large groups.

Easy check-in and comfy beds. I was a happy guest.
