We were in Munich for Oktoberfest, and this was a great base for it. The train station that took us straight to the Weisn was only a short walk away. It’s also very convenient for the English Garden, which was beautiful to walk or jog through that time of year. The desk staff aren’t there all night, but that didn’t cause us any trouble. They serve coffee in the morning, and there’s a market around the block for fruit or pasties to have with it. The burger place across the street looks like a chain, but the burger was amazing. There could be some late street noise on weekends. We arrived on a Sunday, and it died down pretty quickly.

Cafés, bars and restaurants are right next door, and Münchner Freiheit Subway station is only a three-minute walk away. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and shower. A great place to stay.

We spent nine nights here. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. It’s a great location, and we’d happily stay again.

The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the location was excellent. The U-Bahn is just a two-minute walk away, and the area is lively with great restaurants. For what I paid, about 160 euros, the facilities weren’t up to the mark. There was no air conditioning or fan, though the weather was good enough that opening the window worked. The room also lacked a kettle, tea, and other basic toiletries.

Everything else was good and the room was nice, but it was smaller than I’d have liked. I’d have given it five stars if the room were bigger.
