We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Hotel Stachus. Our large room was at the end of the corridor, so it felt cozy, quiet, and private. It was comfortably laid out and a nice place to rest after a long day. Getting around was convenient, too, with the city center and transport close by.

The garage was a real plus for our big SUV. It was spacious, with roomy parking spots and entryways, easy to navigate, and cost only 16€ a day. We struggled to find a hotel with a garage that could fit our vehicle. Other hotels in this area had car lifts or small lots. The room was nice and clean, if a little dated, and the location was great. Breakfast was okay. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here on our honeymoon. The room was clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. We arrived early and could leave our bags until check-in, so we had time to get breakfast and explore. It's a great location, within walking distance of the train, good restaurants, and shops. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Because of airspace disruption in the Middle East and Emirates Airline cancelling our flight, my family and I couldn't travel to Munich. We didn't ask for a refund, only to change the dates. The receptionist wasn't helpful. She seemed to pretend she couldn't understand English and hung up on me several times. Please think twice before booking, even though the website says there's free cancellation. Other hotels in Paris, Stuttgart, and Salzburg gave full refunds and allowed us to reschedule. This hotel didn't feel considerate of guests.

Hotel Stachus is right by Karlsplatz-Stachus, and Hauptbahnhof is only a five-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and modern, with AC, free WiFi, a kettle, and a safe. Breakfast is an excellent buffet, though it costs extra, and the staff are very friendly and offer local tips. There can be some street noise, so earplugs are a good idea.
