For the price, it’s hard to do better, especially with such a central spot. It’s only a few minutes on foot from the main station and very close to the city centre. The shared room was nice, with AC and its own bathroom, and the staff were friendly. I just wish the bed had a softer mattress and a bigger duvet.

Dear Jo, Your kindness and help made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. You were much more than a receptionist, and your steady support and warm attitude made a real difference during my stay. It’s uncommon to meet someone so professional and kind at the same time. I’ve already decided I’ll visit again, mostly because of you. Thanks for everything, and I hope to see you again very soon! Best regards

A pretty acceptable option for the low price, especially since I booked ahead. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. Reception can be slow, particularly later in the day when there’s only one person, and the elevator takes quite a while. Still, a generally good place for a short stay.

The location is excellent, but the night receptionist on duty at 5 a.m. today was rude and could have been much more helpful. He needs better problem-solving skills and a clearer sense of hospitality, or at least to speak in a polite, friendly way.

The location is the one good thing about this sad hostel. The bathrooms are old and have nothing in them, not even a hand towel, and you have to pay for towels. The bar is never open, and the reception and common room feel dark and unwelcoming. The receptionist was arrogant and rude.
