The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is comfortable overall. Its central spot has plenty of restaurants nearby and an underground station within walking distance. Our room was comfortable, though a bit dated, and the air conditioner made odd noises all night even though it cooled the room well. On our second visit the bathroom was quite dim. We reported that, but it wasn't fixed during our two-day stay. The shower drain was partly blocked too, though that was sorted the next morning.

Breakfast had a generous range of choices, and the room was quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed. We also had a small kitchenette and all the amenities we needed. The whole place was clean and well maintained, and the location next to the OPN was convenient. The price was amazing for what we got. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

We didn't miss anything at breakfast, which was plentiful and fantastic. The hotel is right by the metro and bus stop, and its facilities were kept in very good condition. A slightly more comfortable mattress and pillows would have made the stay perfect.

We got into our room before check-in, and it was warm and clean, with a nice shower. There was a fridge and table for a quick snack before heading out, plus a roof terrace where you can smoke or have a drink if the weather cooperates. The underground is close by, with a line that goes to the Old Town. I'd recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

The balcony room overlooked a garden area and had a fridge plus a small kitchen with a microwave. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the metro is only about 50 metres away. Breakfast was good, and the coffee machine was simple to use with plenty of choices. The bathroom and shower were both small, which made showering difficult for a superior room. Towels were changed daily, but I couldn't tell whether the pillowcases or sheets were changed during our five nights.
