The hotel is okay and well located, and the regular rooms were fine. Cleanliness could have been better, and the bathrooms need repairs and updating. For one night we were put in a wheelchair-accessible room that was completely impractical and much too small. The only closet sat behind the automatic door, so putting anything in it stopped the door from closing. The bathroom was large but had nowhere usable to set toiletries. The shower curtain was moldy, and the whole room smelled damp and unclean. They moved us to a regular room, though the staff didn’t seem pleased by the request. They had admitted from the start that guests usually have problems in that room.

The receptionists were all really friendly and helpful. Our room had been modernized, small but nice, with a very small wet room where everything was new and worked well. The shower was relatively large. The only minor issue was the ground-floor room facing the atrium. Construction was going on, and workers sat there at 7:15 in the morning to smoke, eat, and talk. We could hear every word, so we had to keep the window and curtains closed.

Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast. It’s a nice hotel in Munich, close to Münchner Freiheit and with great U-Bahn connections.

A big plus is that it’s dog friendly. The location is convenient too, with lots of options on the main street, a tram nearby, the underground within walking distance, and easy access to the highway. Most of the employees gave excellent service and made our stay pleasant. The rooms could use renovation. There’s construction outside, so rooms may be noisy during the day and sunlight might be blocked. The parking is extremely narrow, not for Sunday drivers.
