Pullman Munich

The food at Theos was great. As a classic hotel, the place is good overall, and the rooms are clean, though a few spots had been missed. It didn’t feel central to me, and I found the family room too small. We booked a double room, which felt spacious, so overall it was okay.

We felt very comfortable at the Pullman Hotel Munich, and the team made a real difference when something unexpected came up. Our room had an issue the next morning, and nobody was to blame, but the staff dealt with it immediately and professionally. They focused on finding a solution and offered us an upgrade right away. Thanks so much! The night receptionist had also given us a warm welcome and was especially helpful when we arrived late. In a big hotel, things can happen; to me, the real measure is how the staff respond, and they handled it brilliantly. The room was very clean. The fitness room has equipment for pretty much every preference, and the spa feels welcoming as soon as you walk in, with a subtle, pleasant scent. Thanks again for the quick, friendly help. I was there for two nights and really enjoyed it. The metro is very close, and the location is good. My room was lovely, large, and clean, with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good too.

The staff were friendly and clean, which was a relief, and the customer service was great. The sparkling water fountain was a big perk, and they upgraded me to a suite, which made for a great stay. My trip was too short, but I’ll always book here.
