Lisa, you're the best. I travel all over Europe, and I'm really glad I came across this hotel. She was patient, attentive and listened carefully when I explained my food concerns. She then worked with the chef Mustafa to make one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. It was simple but just right. The staff are helpful, resourceful and patient, and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Munich. Thank you, Lisa.

The location is very good, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were less impressive. Ours wasn't clean enough: the mattress was stained and dirty, and there were food leftovers and hair. The pillows weren't comfortable, though you can ask to have them changed. Some rooms have a see-through shower area, which isn't clear from the booking site photos. The hotel's gym is a gym in name only and isn't convenient for working out.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel garage is the better parking choice: nearby garages cost twice as much for 24 hours. The breakfast looked good and included the typical Munich Weisswurst Frühstück. The fitness room has what you need for a quick workout. Our room had enough space for three, was clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. The location is great. It stayed quiet with the windows closed, but bring earplugs if you plan to sleep with them open. The fridge wasn't cooling properly. I recommend the hotel.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional, and their kindness made the stay feel easy and relaxing. My room was warm, clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful time at Flemings Hotel in Munich and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The hotel looked more comfortable than I expected, and things were fine until someone used a key to enter my room, then left quickly while saying sorry. The receptionist told me he was a staff member. I hope that was the case.
