The apartment was comfortable and functional, though somewhat worn, including the furniture, stove top, and cutting board. We stayed five days in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom premium unit, conveniently close to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Lufthansa Express Bus, restaurants, and groceries. It had fewer supplies than most serviced apartments we’ve used: no shampoo or conditioner, just one dishwasher pod for the whole stay, and only four coffee pods. Cleaning supplies were limited too, with one sponge and one dishtowel, and no broom or dustpan.

The room was spacious, quiet, nicely furnished, and had a very comfortable bed with thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and in great condition, with impressive attention to detail. The staff were highly trained, friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. Everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The location was ideal, just minutes from the central area with everything nearby. This was my best hotel experience in Munich so far, and it exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend Time house Munich for business or leisure.

Timehouse was a great base for our family in Munich, and we’d happily stay again or recommend it. Our three-bedroom, two-bath apartment was spotless, modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The views of the surrounding area were lovely, and it felt like a comfortable, quiet home away from home. We appreciated the washing machine and air conditioning during summer travel, plus the mid-week room refresh that kept things tidy without any effort from us. The location made getting around easy, with an Edeka supermarket around the corner, good restaurants within walking distance, and public transport close by.

Our family of five came from the US and the apartment worked perfectly for us, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very clean and an easy drive or tram ride to the City Center. We found the Timehouse parking convenient and cheaper than other nearby options. We liked it enough to book two extra nights at the end of our trip.
