I’m not sure what to make of the hotel’s reply. I’m writing here because I can’t respond to its answer bot, and I’ll add my room description from booking.com. Nobody asked how my stay had been when I was leaving. She was lovely, but we didn’t discuss my stay; I also didn’t know that conversation would be used against me. I’d only asked about the city. From my booking confirmation and the hotel’s comment, I understand that I was charged for services I didn’t receive. If the machines are extra, then I paid for a room with extras. After your comment, I don’t think I’d come back. I hate bugs, and unfortunately there were a lot of them in my room. I paid 141.430€ and this wasn’t the service I expected. There was nothing extra in the room, just a place to sleep. No fridge, kettle, or coffee machine. I’d stayed at another hotel in this city before for 60€, and it had all of those things. At least I could have made tea when I woke up at night because of the bugs. I’ll never stay here again. Honestly, it was a waste of money. Hotels have cotton buds and cotton in the bathroom, but there wasn’t even that. I stayed in a 5-star hotel in Switzerland for the same price. It’s ridiculous.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially Rita, who even spent part of her break chatting with us. My Friday overnight stay was great, and the room was spacious and clean. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

The inside is much nicer than the building looks from outside. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Breakfast has a good selection, too. It's handy for getting in and out by car, though the nearby main road and railway make it a little noisy for resting. Still, I don't think it's too bad.

The buffet was a highlight, with plenty to choose from, even for picky eaters. I was surprised to find pancakes, bacon, and avocado cups. The dining room is beautifully furnished, and you can watch staff prepare breakfast in the open kitchen. Thanks to Kati and Timea for the attentive service and for keeping the serving line clean and refreshed. As a personal chef, I really appreciated those details. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy, and I had no trouble with noise during my stay despite its location right off the Autobahn. The outside appearance might put you off, but the rooms were spotless and modern. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff friendly. Parking is free, and the hotel is close to the highway exit, which is practical when traveling. The buffet breakfast was good for 12€, though there weren't many vegan choices. Wheelchair accessible, too. Good value for money.
