The courses were the real highlight of our evening at Zirbelstube in Nuremberg. Each one felt like its own little journey, from the refined starter and well-balanced soup to the excellent main, inventive courses in between, and a lovely dessert to finish. Every plate looked like a work of art, and everything tasted outstanding. We felt warmly welcomed from the start. The service was attentive, friendly, and courteous, with just the right mix of know-how and genuine hospitality. The chef and sous-chef also deserve a special mention. They were incredibly personable, and their passion came through in all the details. It was a wonderful evening that we’ll remember for a long time. Thank you for such a special experience. We’ll definitely be back!
