The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were quiet and very nice. The S train is only a block away, so the location worked really well. There was no air conditioning, which was my only complaint, but I know that's common in Europe. A fan and a few open windows kept things cool even in mid-October. I'd happily recommend it.

Breakfast was okay, but the room didn't feel worth the price. I was only there for a business trip and I'm not fussy, but I wouldn't choose it for a personal holiday. Outside noise came right through, so sleeping without earplugs was difficult.

Our group had a good stay. Getting to the hotel from the airport and Frankfurt was easy, and reception stayed open around the clock. The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable. I skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

We had a spacious family room with clean, wonderfully comfortable beds, and the hotel itself was beautiful, full of interesting objects and furniture that I enjoyed looking at. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent and had more than enough choices. We were only there for one night on the way home from our holiday, but we loved the short stay and left relaxed and rested. Thanks to hotel Löwen for the hospitality!

I came to Frankfurt for the Heimtextil fair and got very sick, with a fever of 103F. The staff brought me a thermometer, covid test, and Paracetamol at no charge, then booked me an appointment with a general physician. The owners take a personal interest in guests and try to help however they can. That's why I think of this hotel as ‘HOME’. My room was extremely clean, and the whole place was spotless. Breakfast had lots of options, including fresh bakery items delivered daily. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place.
