Thanks for accommodating us on short notice and for the excellent service. We were extremely satisfied. Finding what we needed locally was easy, and the small kitchenette meant we could cook something warm instead of relying on fast food. The landlords were very friendly. Booking for three people was a bit difficult at first while they looked for accommodation, but they came through. They even rearranged or added beds at short notice so each of us had our own little sleeping space. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The Wi-Fi was very good by the entrance, but less ideal elsewhere, so maybe the router could be moved. My O2 reception wasn’t particularly strong either, though that’s typical for O2. I also would’ve liked a small TV in the bedroom, but that’s a first-world problem 😬 I stayed for over a week for work and wished I could’ve been there for a holiday instead. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, quiet, and centrally located, with shops practically around the corner. Communication with Ms. Steffen was excellent. Thanks very much.
