We only had three days here, sadly, and I loved every minute. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and the property itself is gorgeous, right down to all the little details. If you're heading to Schwangau, stay here. It deserves seven stars, and you'll thank me for it!

We stayed at the Hausmann holiday home in Brunnen near Schwangau for a week with our family, including our baby and 4-year-old. We were all thrilled with Haus Haußmann and are already planning to come back. The location made it easy to head out on bike rides and explore the region. There’s a lot for children here too: a crib and highchair, lots of indoor games for rainy days, outdoor games in the lovely big garden, and even a small soccer field. There’s a laundry room and fitness studio, plus a bread delivery service. Bikes have plenty of places to park, including a large e-bike garage with more than enough charging outlets. We highly recommend staying here!

We had apartment number 8 on the ground floor. It was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the host was friendly, helpful, and personable. The location worked really well for trips in any direction. The lake is just across the street and about 200 meters uphill. If we’re back in the Forggensee area, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Book early or hope you get lucky :-) Highly recommended.
