Oktoberfest was a great experience while staying here. Ralph was a great host, helping us check in and leaving us free beer and drink coupons.

Warm and cozy, and comfortable too. I'd recommend it for groups of five or more.

We were only passing through on our way to Munich, so it was a shame to stay just one night. The owner was so welcoming, including to our two dogs, and the place is a great option for a relaxing break in nature. The first-floor apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space and furnishings. It had two large bedrooms, a roomy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Highly recommended.

The apartment is gorgeous, with so much care in the details. We kept spotting new things, and it was simply wonderful. The owner kindly let us check in early, which helped since check-in normally starts at 6 pm and that had pretty much ruined the first day of our holiday. I hadn't noticed the time beforehand, or we'd have looked elsewhere. We booked partly for direct lake access. Four of us were there, two attending training and two staying at the accommodation all day. I thought being able to go straight to the lake would be a nice change and that the grounds around the house would be beautiful. Instead, the house is among other houses, with just a gravel front garden, a big table and chairs. When I complained, I was shown a screenshot and told there were several lakes in the area. We didn't find anything nearby that made us feel like we were in Bavaria. I understand the owner's frustration with people who arrive late or don't keep their word, but I found hearing about it distracting. I work in tax consulting, and I can't hold one client responsible for what others have done. Each consultation feels like the first one I've had in 20 years. The apartment itself would make the trip worthwhile, and it would certainly be a good base for exploring the area.
