Ulmer Münster Hotel

The rooms were simple but clean, and breakfast was small but very good, with lots of homemade foods. We stopped here on our way to France and I loved it. The hotel is in a great spot, right beneath the biggest church in the world. I'd recommend booking breakfast.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and we had a view of the church plus an outdoor patio for breakfast. Our room was clean and worked well for our family of three, with our kid's own bed by the window. It's a cute little hotel right in the centre, with all the conveniences nearby, including a supermarket open until midnight and a drugstore downstairs. We loved the Saturday market too. The downsides are no elevator, no air conditioning, and a five minute walk to the car park.

The rooms were thoughtfully laid out, with power points on both sides of the bed. There's also a small shared terrace outside and an honesty bar with very reasonable prices. The staff were lovely, and the walk from the station with a wheeled suitcase was easy. No lift, but the stairs weren't a problem. All the sights are within walking distance.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the rooms are roomy, clean and well designed for travelers. It's a really nice, well kept hotel close to Ulm Münster. Just know there's no on-site parking. The underground Rathaus parking garage is nearby, or you'll need to find another spot. There's also no elevator, which matters if stairs are difficult, especially when your room is on an upper floor. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
