We were lucky to get the first stay in this lovely old town apartment after deciding spontaneously to extend our vacation. The historic building has a bright, spacious, modern stairwell. Mr. Szepat's apartment is on the first floor and suits 2-3 people. It's just a 50-meter walk from the market square, on a quiet side street. The landlord lives in the building, looked after us very well, and was always available if we had questions. Inside, there's quality wood flooring, with tile in the kitchen, hall, and bathroom, plus underfloor heating. The living room is the heart of the place, with beautiful oak furniture and a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed for a third person. Everything is new, modern, and fully equipped. We could also use the washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Right in the heart of Wernigerode, this is a beautiful new holiday apartment with a high-end style. The landlord was friendly. There isn't a parking space, so plan on using the local bus lines for excursions.

The location is excellent. I stayed from December 23, 2022, to December 30, 2023, in the one-bedroom apartment. It was beautifully furnished and just the right size for one person. For two people, even a couple, it would feel tight.
