I lost confidence in them even after they apologized and offered their services for free. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I booked for Carnival, went to the address, and there wasn't even a sign. Everything was shut, and nobody answered despite my ringing the bell over and over. I tried calling the person who'd received my transfer on the only number available, but got no response. I sat on the sidewalk for more than 45 minutes before finally demanding a refund. How could anyone recommend a place like this?
